ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

'Submit' button of SRS From is not in standard size compared to other buttons like 'Help' and 'cancel'

'Submit' button of SRS From should be in standard size similar to other buttons like 'Help' and 'cancel'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS Applications
2. Navigate to system administrator responsibility
3. Select View > Requests > submit a new request option.
4. View the 'Submit' button in the program selections screen.
