While submitting the Bank statement Import (ARPLABIM) program from the Requests window the parameter "Statement number From" LOV shows the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go Requests window
2. Find the Bank statement Import
3. In the Parameters window enter the bank branch name
4. Click on the LOV for the Bank Statement From parameter and the error appears
