After G-Invoice patching the "Federal Activity Attributes Creation" program completes with functional exception "Agency ID or Main Account is required" for Journal Source "Project Accounting" and journal category "Revenue".

This is because "Federal Activity Attributes Creation" is expecting Trading Partner TAS from pa_summary_project_fundings table even for IGT transactions.

IGT transactions have requesting agency details populated on the order line schedule.

The amount derivation for Project Revenue records is also incorrect in GTAS Activity Balances.
