Charge Account Is Invalid When Creating Multi-line PR With POET Data (Doc ID 2904194.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to create a multi-line requisition with POET information, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Row 1 Charge Account - Charge Account is invalid.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iProcurement, create a multi-line requisition, and checkout.
2. From the Checkout: Requisition Information page, enter mandatory data, and click on the Edit Lines button.
2. From the Requisition Information: Edit Lines page, the following error is displayed twice on the page.:

Row 1 Charge Account - Charge Account is invalid.

3. Enter the POET information on the two lines.
4. Click on Appy and then the Next button. The following error is displayed in the charge account field on the first line.

Row 1 Charge Account - Charge Account is invalid.

5. Select the line with the invalid charge account error and click on the Update button. Re-enter the POET information, click on the Apply and then the Next button. The following error is displayed in the charge account field on the first line again.

Row 1 Charge Account - Charge Account is invalid.
