Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, State Quarterly Wage Listing (Internal) for the State of Illinois

When attempting to submit the State Periodic Wage Listing Enhanced (SPWL), the error is under the Main Menu > View > Payroll Process Results > it shows SPWL incomplete

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:


1. Using the US SUPER HRMS Manager Responsibility or Equivalent.

2. Navigate to Process and Reports > Submit Process and Reports > Single Request > State Periodic Wage Listing (Enhanced) with parameters for the State of Illinois for Quarter 3.

4. Observe the error.
