We recently upgraded to R12.2.10 from R12.1.3 and we noticed the below error when trying to update QTY on Internal Orders

-----------------------
You are not allowed to update ordered Quantity because : This is an internal order

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: create an internal sales order using requisition and booked the sales order
3. After the order has been booked .While we are trying to update the qty , the system is not allowing us to update.
4. Receive error: You are not allowed to update ordered Quantity because : This is an internal order
