DATAFIX: Progress Shippable PTO Model Line Stuck At AWAITING_SHIPPING For Invoicing And Closure (Doc ID 2904768.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The parent PTO model item line is accidently set as shippable and delivery detail is interfaced to shipping. When pick release is executed along with the included child item lines - the parent model item delivery detail is also progressed to Stage/Picked even when there is no on hand quantity.  User is unable to ship confirm the delivery detail for parent PTO item line and order is stuck and order lines cannot be invoiced and closed. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

For the included items lines for PTO model - when lines are shipped, order lines should be invoiced and closed

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Oracle applications
2. Navigate the Order Management Responsibility
3. Navigate to Menu path > Order, Returns > Create an order for PTO model - with model line having item attribute set as shippable > Book and Schedule the order
4. Navigate to Menu path > Shipping > Release Sales Order > Query the sales order > Execute the Pick Release
5. Navigate to Menu path > Shipping > Shipping Transaction form > Query the sales order > On lines tab > Model line is stage picked even when there is no on-hand
6. On Order line > the model line status is Awaiting Shipping
