TDS: Default TDS Section Code Is Not Defaulting For Higher Slab In The Threshold Setup. (Doc ID 2905048.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Default TDS Section is not defaulting on TDS Tax Details form for higher slab.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Default TDS Section should default on TDS Tax Details form for higher slab.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Local Payables and enter a supplier invoice.
2. Choose the invoice amount such that invoice falls in the higher slab w.r.t TDS deduction.
3. Observe that default TDS section is not stamped in TDS tax details for for this invoice.
