Oacore Going to Failed State Due to STUCK Threads when Performing a Search in Receipts Page

Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Receipt Modules
Find that Oacores are going into failed state due to STUCK threads and they have to be restarted frequently.
the following error is observed in the oacore log file:

1. Using lease super user responsibility, navigate to operations >> receipts.
2. Perform a search and the above is observed in the backend.
