When attempting to open an employee assignment, the following error occurs

ID 228 for the flexfield segment ESI Organization does not exist in the value set PER_IN_ESI_ORG_LIST.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Go to responsibility : HRMS Manager.

2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > query for an employee

3. Select the assignment button > Error occurs
