EDI 830 Inbound Planning Schedule (SPSI) Interface Data File Report Showing Incorrect Start Column After Record Resets (Doc ID 2906603.1)

Interface File Data Report not showing correct Start Column on SPSI
file after record resets. After upgrade ran an Interface File Data
Report for an SPSI and SSSI transaction.   The actual test file
successfully imported into RLM, but observed issue was failing
due to bad data on the initial test files. 

While working through the file users noticed when it gets to the
4000 record the first set is correct, but the additional 4000
records following it are not reset which makes the start column
incorrect.  The SSSI flatfile seems to be working fine. Issue is
occurring when running the seeded Data for the EDI 830
Inbound Planning Schedule (SPSI) Interface.
Expected the SPSI "Start Column" for the additional 4000
record to populate with the correct values.

3. SPSI > 4000 start column is not resetting as expected
