Symptoms
When attempting to create a webadi document after patching APP CPU And HCM RUP Patches there is an error being obtained and the document is not created.
During the Creation of Excel document, the following pop-up is not displayed, nor the document is created.
Processing Create Document
Your document is being created.
Please wait until document creation process completes. Do no try to activate workbooks being created.
A message will inform you document creation is completed.
Do not close this window until processing completes.

STEPS
--------
1. Using the Desktop Integrator responsibility.
2. Select Create Document.
3. Select Integrator and Layout and attempt to create the document.
4. The above-mentioned message is not displayed in the pop-up, nor the file is downloaded.
