Italy Localization: Permanent Document Sequence Is Not Getting Updated in ZX tables From AP Tables (Doc ID 2907310.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

For italy Localization, after AP invoice is validated and Final sequence is generated on it, the final sequence is not getting stamped in zx_line_det_factors table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After final sequence is generated for AP invoice as a part of Italy Localization, the same should be updated in ZX tables as well.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an AP invoice and validate the invoice.
2. Observed that invoice is validated and Final sequence is generated on it. In AP see the final sequence assigned.
3.When verified the data in zx_lines_det_factors the document sequence is still TEMP doc sequence.
The FINAL sequence is not moved to ZX.
