Symptoms

Problem Statement:

"When attempting to make integration with the concurrent "Load HCM Cloud Data for Payroll Integration", error faced for all employees in table "PER_RI_B_ERRORS"."

ORA:20001: Person cannot be created as Person record does not exist
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PER_RI_B_MERGE_WORKER", line 7143

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login to HCM Cloud Integration Administrator responsibility 

  2.  Navigate to HCM Cloud Integration >  Import HCM Cloud Data File for Payroll Integration
     
  3.  Load HCM Cloud Data for Payroll Integration
