Payment Distribution in Payroll Dashboard is Displaying Results from the Wrong Period (Doc ID 2907432.1)

The Payroll Dashboard Payment Distribution page is fetching data based on pay date instead of the pay period dates.  This occurs when the payroll is paid later than the end of the pay period.

For example, when period '1 2021 Bi-Week' is selected, it is pulling the data for period '2 Bi-Week' because the pay date of period 1 falls within the date range of period 2.
