Quickpay Stays in Running Mode With No Background Processes (Doc ID 290763.1)

Symptoms


Submit a QuickPay process  and it continues to show as running in the concurrent manager but there is no associated  background process.

Attempts to terminate QuickPay through the cancel button gives message

"Can no longer be cancelled. The concurrent manager process that was running this request has exited abnormally. The ICM will mark this request as completed with error"



However, the process does not get marked and the QuickPay cannot be rerun or deleted.
