ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When submitting "Italian Electronic Invoices Generation" request, XML output is displaying tags 'IdCodice' and 'CodiceFiscale' empty for customers that do not reside in Italy.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to not have empty tags in XML output of "Italian Electronic Invoices Generation".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AR localization responsibility.
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request.
3. Run "Italian Electronic Invoices Generation" program.
