CMRO: Blank Error Message Is Displayed When Creating Unassociated Task In Visit Work Package (Doc ID 2908173.1)

Symptoms

While creating unassociated tasks in VWP(Visit Work package), the Page is displayed without any proper error messages. This happens only when there were multiple errors thrown from the API as the error handling is not proper.

STEPS
1. Login to Oracle apps
2. R) CMRO -> Planning -> VWP -> Visits -> Query for a visit ->
3. Click the Tasks tab -> Select the option 'Create unassociated Tasks', and click 'Go'.
4. Enter all the mandatory details in the 'Create unassociated Tasks' and click apply. Get the Blank message 'Error'
