R12: AP: The Concurrent Program Accounting Program is Failing with Error Code 'ORA-0000' (Doc ID 2908259.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the concurrent program 'Create Accounting' (short name XLAACCPB),
the following error occurs in the child concurrent program 'Accounting Program' (short name XLAACCUP)

 all the Application Accounting Definitions are with Status = Valid but the concurrent program 'Accounting Program' still finishing in error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Payables Manager responsibility
2. Click on Menu - View - Requests - Submit a New Request - Single Request - OK
3. Select from List of Values (LOV) Name: Create Accounting (Application: Subledger Accounting)
4. Insert the desired parameters - OK
5. Submit
6. Click on View - Requests - Find
7. Click on Log files
