HR_EX_EMPLOYEE_API Causing Validation Error "NO_MESSAGE" When Used In Custom WEBADI to Terminate Employees (Doc ID 2908284.1)

Symptoms

When hr_ex_employee_api is used to create a custom WebADI to terminate employee it is showing validation error 'NO_MESSAGE' but transaction is committed successfully .

For following scenarios :

1. At the last date of pay period
2. When the actual termination date is equal to last standard process date and final process date

If any of the above two condition is false, the validation error is not appearing. In all cases, employees are always getting terminated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Desktop Integration Manager > Select the custom integrator

2. Create Document

3. Enter employee termination dates and upload

Actual : 07-AUG-2021
Last Standard : 07-AUG-2021
Final Process : 07-AUG-2021

4. Upload in error with message "NO_MESSAGE". But the employee gets terminated.

5. Navigate to HRMS Manager > People > Enter and Maintain > End Employement

6. Reverse terminate the employee

7. Enter employee termination dates and upload

Actual : 06-AUG-2021
Last Standard : 07-AUG-2021
Final Process : 07-AUG-2021

8. Upload completed successfully without any validation error message.
