Symptoms
When the following number format is set on the General Preferences screen:
10 000,00
the WIP Qty field on the mobile Issue Ingred page will not show a quantity; it just shows blank.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From the main home page for applications, click the Gear icon in the upper right and select Preferences to access General Preferences
2. In the Number Format field, select 10 000,00
3. Retrieve a WIP batch on the mobile Issue Ingred page (from MES for Process Manufacturing Mobile responsibility, select Issue Ingred).
