Symptoms
When submitting "CLE: CZ VAT Control Report" in Additional mode, it is ending in error "ORA-00933:SQL command is not properly ended".

ORA-00933:SQL command is not properly ended.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AP/AR Localization Responsibility.
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request.
3. Run "CLE: CZ VAT Control Report" in Additional mode.
