Product Hub: Engineering Revised Items Page Shows Revision Code And Revision Label Columns in Reversed Order (Doc ID 2908560.1)

When adding Revised Items to change order , on entry page, New Revision Label and New Revision code appear in the same sequence, However, after saving changes, the sequence is reversed and shows Revision Code-Revision Label.
This is causing user confusion as the usual practice is to always enter revision code followed by revision label.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Development Manager > Change Management > Create Change Order
2. Add revised items > Enter Revision label , Revision Code.

3. Save and review changes

> See revision code and revision label are switched.
