Goal
On : 12.2.11 version,
Lead Source column doesn't have any values in LOV. How to populate the Source field so User can select value from LOV on Create Lead screen?
Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sales Dashboard > Leads
2. Create Lead
3. Select Source field lov, no results in lov.
