When attempting to perform any change in any order line (change qty, cancel, etc), the following error message appears as a processing message.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and book sales order, ready to release line status.
2. Click on line, go to actions/cancel, enter reason code, > error message appears
