Page Alignment Is Broken In Time Entry Page & Review Page For A Projects Layout After Applying Patch 32908175 (Doc ID 2908739.1)

Symptoms

The Horizontal Scrollbar is now visible in the Time Entry page after applying Patch: 32908175 however Page Alignment is broken in Time Entry page & Review Page for a Projects layout.

Page Alignment should be correct as in Self-Service Time card Entry page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Apply Patch: 32908175

2. Login to Self Service Time Responsibility

3. Navigate to Create Timecard


Notice alignment is broken in Time Entry page / Review Page
