PAXCPGAL_SINGLE: Unable To Generate Asset Lines Due To Missing Capital Event Reference (Doc ID 2908763.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Asset Lines are not generated for specific project. Even though expenditure items are capitalizable and their asset lines should be generated but no asset lines are available against project.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For expenditure items which are capitalizable asset lines should be generated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Project responsibility
2. Navigate to View > Requests
3. Click on Submit a New Request
4. Provide request name PRC: Generate Asset Lines for Single Project and click on Submit button.
5. Review output file.
