ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Work Confirmation Approval, when an approver B requests for information from the previous approver A and the approver A instead of submitting the response, approves the Work Confirmation, the Work Confirmation is approved by A not going to B.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The approval should got to approver B.

STEPS TO REPLICATE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Supplier Creates Work Confirmaiton.
2- Supplier Submits Work Confirmaiton for approval.
3- User A Approves the WC.
4- User B Requests more info from user A (Where B is the last approver).
5- User A clicks on "View and Respond to Work Confirmation" Hyberlink.
6- User A Choose the action "Approve" from the list and clicks on "Submit" .
7- Notification Disappear from User A.
8- WC is approved by user A (without approval from user B).
