On : 12.2.7 version, MICC Transfer to TSC

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Acquisition Plan section is missing on Requisition Header view

Missing Sections: Addresses, Business Priority and Project Information, Sourcing Information, and Acquisition Plan.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
iprocurement / requisitions
click on hyperlink of requisition
it shows "Requisition XXXXX : Total Without Option ......"
used to it shows the following sections:
 Addresses                                                  
 Business Priority and Project Information
 Sourcing Information
 Acquisition Plan
 Attachment
 Line Details

Now it shows:
  Attachment
  Line Details
