On : 12.2.11 version, ECC iProcurement

iProcurement ECC, trying to create a grant that uses the ICX_ECC_ACCESS_PS permission set.

Object- Select a valid value.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Setup >tab >Roles and Role Inheritance
2. Role Inheritance Hierarchy
3. All Roles, Responsibilities and Groups -> iProcurement>Application Super User Role >ICX ECC Access Role :Active
4. Per Installing Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework, Release 12.2 (Latest
Version) (Doc ID 2495053.1),
5. IProcurement ECC has been assigned
6. ICX_ECC_ACCESS_ROLE role is assigned
7. There are no grants assigned to this role
Error:
Object- Select a valid value.
8. Required fields are entered
9. Error indicated in : Data Security object : ICX_ECC_ACCESS_PS
10.Tried to manually create a grant for this role but ICX_ECC_ACCESS_PS permission set is not available as a valid Object.
11. Navigate to Functional Developer,: find ICX_ECC_ACCESS_PS permission set exists.
12. Applications Administration: Permission Sets:enter the code : ICX_ECC_ACCESS_PS
