ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Negative Revenue Lines generated in the Revenue Review form

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Negative Revenue Lines should not be generated in the Revenue Review form

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Projects Responsibility > Billing > Revenue Review
2. Review the Revenue lines
3. Retest the issue
