Creating New Legal Entity Address Showing Error 'Column geography_name must have a value' (Doc ID 2909116.1)

Symptoms

Unable to create the new Legal Entity Address, getting below error Message, even after entering all the mandatory fields

Error: Column geography_name must have a value.

Steps to Reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to 'Legal Entity Manager' responsibility
2. Legal Entry Configurator
3. Enter Legal Entity Details
4. Under Legal Address > Select Create New Address
5. Select Country / Territory = India
    Enter all Address details
6. Click on Apply

The error is seen on the screen as shown below
