When attempting to process the sales order fulfillment transaction,the following error occurs.

CSI_CUSTIB_ORDER_FULFILL_PUB.GET_TRACKABLE_OM_TREE :ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row
Failure x_return_message - GET_TRACKABLE_OM_TREE
CSI_CUSTIB_ORDER_FULFILL_PUB.PROCESS_FULFILLED_OMLINES User Exception:
There is some exception while processing fulfilled lines
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a) Oracle Installed Base Admin responsibility
b) Open the Transaction Errors Processing form
c) Query with the transaction id
d) Select the Process Flag just to the left of the error
e) Navigate to Others -> Requests.
f) Submit the concurrent program "Resubmit Interface Process" with parameter Selected
