Symptoms
Canadian Payroll Archive and Retropay (Enhanced) concurrent processes are taking a long time to complete after application of Patch 33660086.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: CA HRMS Manager
Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Canadian Payroll Archive
OR
Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Retropay (Enhanced)
