Symptoms
Using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), when searching for Modifications in Read Only menu, using Award number, users are getting Unexpected exception error. If a user goes to BEP Procure to Pay Inquiry -> Awards -> Modifications tab -> search modification by award -> press 'go', the user gets the 'contact system admin' error message.

STEPS
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the CLM Module.
2. Using CLM Purchasing responsibility, navigate to Buyer Work Center -> Awards
3. Click on Modification tab
4. Click on Search, and enter an Award number in Award criteria field
5. Click Go - Unknown error page is shown
