Symptoms

Problem Code field LOV shows 'No Values Found' after selecting a value from Problem Type field.

STEPS
Login to the Mobile Field Service App
(N) Springboard > Service Requests > Actions icon (top right) > Create SR > Enter field values > Click Problem Code field LOV > LOV has values > Click on Problem Type field LOV > Select Value > Click on Problem Code filed > Click LOV >

Message: 'No Values Found'.
