Null Run Result Values Are Still Being Created After Sparse Matrix Is Set For Balance Adjustments (Doc ID 2909924.1)

On : 12.2.10 version, Core Payroll - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Have enabled Sparse Matrix to suppress the zero results. Three of the “bad” ones with nulls are within this assignment action id balance adjustment; two are FUTA and one is Time Entry Wages.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All results that have a zero result to be suppressed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

US Super HRMS Manager or equivalent responsibility

  1. Ran Enable Sparse Matrix Null Run Result Values Functionality
    and Sparse Matrix Null Result Values Upgrade
  2. Completed balance adjustments   Query the employee > Assignment > Others > Adjust Balance
  3. See a FUTA result that is zero - this would not have a jurisdiction code    Review balances under View > Tax balances > query the employee
  4. Expected this to be suppressed
