Symptoms

In the process of upgrading EBS from 12.2.6 to 12.2.11 and DB from 12.1 to 19c.  Testing OM Sales Order Creation.  

Receive the following Error:  "EXCEPTION tax_jurisdiction_id = NULL :: ORA-01403: no data found" While Creating A Sales Order

EXCEPTION tax_jurisdiction_id = NULL :: ORA-01403: no data found


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Upgrade EBS from 12.2.6 to 12.2.11 and DB from 12.1 to 19c

2. Navigate: Orders, Returns -> Sales Orders

3. Receive the following Error: "EXCEPTION tax_jurisdiction_id = NULL :: ORA-01403: no data found"  

 

Changes

Upgrade EBS from 12.2.6 to 12.2.11 and DB from 12.1 to 19c
