Symptoms

Available to Transact is more than Primary Quantity after applying Patch 34126092:R12.INV.C

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Sales order for lot-controlled item
2. Pick release the order. Auto allocate should be Set to No.
3. Go to Move order created and try to transact

Changes

After applying patch 34126092:R12.INV.C "Available to Transact" is showing more than primary quantity on Material Worbench
