Symptoms
In EBS the Concurrent programs that are registered in custom applications failed to execute and program completed in error with below exception.
Above mentioned failure is only for the programs that are registered in custom application.The concurrent Programs that are registered in standard application are completing normal.
STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Connect to EBS application
2.Navigate to View -- Request -- Submit Single Request.
3.Verify Program status
Changes
Database upgraded from 12c to 19c
