How Can I Get Transaction_source_name In Mtl_material_transactions? (Doc ID 2910901.1)

Goal

When transaction_source_type_id = 11(standard cost update) in mtl_mateirial_transactions, how can I get transaction_source_name?
The column "transaction_source_name" is null in mmt table, but in the "INVTVTXN' form, the column have values.
