Symptoms

When trying to book a sales order receive error.

ERROR
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package OE_SERVICE_UTIL

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate: Orders, Returns -> Sales Orders
2. Create Sales Order
3. Proceed to Book Sales Order
4. Receive Error ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package OE_SERVICE_UTIL
