ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Shipping Transaction Query Manager performance is poor when querying by invalid item number.
It is taking 10 minutes to query records by item number on average.
 



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to query records by item number to return quick results in the Shipping Transaction Query Manager.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Shipping
3. Transactions
4. Enter item number in item number field and press enter
