ECC Dashboard - Work Order Status Does Not Display Any Values In A DFF Field With YES_NO Value Set

Symptoms
On the Work Order Status ECC dashboard, even though the DFF fields appear on the dashboard, for one of the DFF fields that has YES_NO as the value set, the data does not appear on the dashboard. When the YES_NO value is removed from as value set for the DFF, then data appears on the dashboard.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The DFF field should display the Yes_No data set
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation to ECC Discrete Manufacturing Dashboard
2. In the Work orders tab, and Components Reserved tab.
3. For the Work orders listed, there are no component reserved? value in any of the rows.
