Symptoms
When entering tax registration number on the Party Tax Profile, on Receivables or Account Payables forms, there is an error: Please enter a valid tax registration number.
The registration number validation is ignoring the 1st digit as it is starting with "0"
Changes
There is new tax registration number format per regulation on 01-Jan-2023 .
The existing registration numbers in Belgium authorities will be using "1" as the first digit in the registration numbers from 1st Jan 2023.
The registration number should be saved starting with "1". The new structure of the company number in Belgium that will change.
