Symptoms
When clicking on Parts Receive in Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP), the Parts Requirement orders are not reflecting the Waybill number field.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
------------------------------------
1. Log in with FSTP responsibility.
2. Click on Receive Parts.
3. Search for Parts Requirement Orders.
4. Select an order and click Go.
5. Once the results are displayed, select a line and click on Details.
6. Observe the Orders and Reservations Item Information table header.
Waybill Number is not present.
