Checkbox for OTL Timesheet Accuracy Does Not Appear in Upgraded Environment

Symptoms
Problem Statement:
When the customer opens the Timecard review page for Time Accuracy using Self Service Responsibility to introduce data, observed that the checkbox for OTL Timesheet accuracy is missing.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to OTL Self Service responsibility > Time > Create Timecard.
- Complete the fields in Time Entry page > Continue.
- In the Review page > the checkbox for OTL Timesheet accuracy is missing.
Changes
Upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2.
