Symptoms

When attempting to run HZ_PARTY_SITE_V2PUB to create address or entering an addressee longer than 150 char in customer Account Site Address, the following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Customers

1. Query for a customer Account > Site Details > Account Site Address
2. Try to enter an addressee longer than 150 char
