Bank statement import program is not picking the statement from interface table.

Steps to reproduce

-----------------

1. Load the Data in CE interface table (CE_STATEMENT_HEADERS_INT, CE_STATEMENT_LINES_INTERFACE)

2. Run Bank statement import program

3. No records are picked from interface

4. The log files are not showing any error
