ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that the default value defined for a segment of Additional Debrief Headers Info DFF(Descriptive Flex Field) is not displayed in HTML Debrief page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the default value to be displayed in HTML Debrief page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with System Administrator responsibility.
2. Go to Applications/Flexfield/ Descriptive/Segments.
3. Query for Additional Debrief Headers Info DFF.
4. Add a new segment with a default value.
5. Create a new debrief and check if the default value is populated for this segment.
